Salade Nicoise with Tuna and Green Beans

You need 15 minutes tops to put together this twist on the colorful Salade Nicoise. Refreshing yet pretty hearty, it has green beans, lettuce, and juicy cherry tomatoes, but also tuna fish and boiled egg. The sour dressing gives it the necessary acidic kick.

Well, I love to eat! I guess I always did. Tasty foods, traditional foods, fast-foods, healthy foods and, again, not so healthy ones. You name it.
