Ingredients Needed for Salade Nicoise With Tuna and Green Beans


For the dressing:

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dijon mustard

For the salad:

3 ounces of frozen green beans
5 ounces of lettuce, chopped
2 ounces of canned tuna
1 ounce olives, pitted and sliced
3 ounces of cherry tomatoes, halved
salt
pepper
1 boiled egg, wedged

How to Make Salade Nicoise With Tuna and Green Beans

  1. For the dressing:

    Add the ingredients for the dressing to a small bowl. Mix them until smooth using a teaspoon. Set aside.

  2. For the salad:

    Fill a medium-sized cooking pot halfway with water and bring it to a boil.

  3. Add the frozen green beans. Cook for 2 minutes while constantly moving them. Remove them and set aside.
  4. Add the lettuce, canned tuna, olives, cherry tomatoes, cooked green beans, and boiled egg to a bowl.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with dressing, then mix all using two spatulas.
