1 grapefruit, halved
2 tablespoons of dark rum
2 teaspoons of brown sugar

How to Make Rum-Broiled Grapefruit

  1. Loosen the pulp segments and edges of each grapefruit half using the tip of a knife. Also, poke holes an make small cuts into the pulp.
  2. Place each half into a ramekin with a slightly smaller diameter.
  3. Pour a tablespoon of rum over the loosened pulp. See to it, that rum infiltrates the holes and cuts made into the pulp.
