Do you like pineapple? Well, we love it! And it’s delicious when added in cocktails! Use both the juice and pulp of the fruit, mix it with white rum and bitter lemon. Top it with a few berries and cherries and voila, the perfect pineapple cocktail for a warm summer day!

Ingredients Needed for Rum and Pineapple Cocktail

½ pineapple
1 pound pineapple juice
¼ cup white rum
¼ cup bitter lemon
2 ounces of blueberry
2 ounces of maraschino cherry
mint

How to Cook Rum and Pineapple Cocktail

  1. Remove the peel of the pineapple, slice it, and dice it.
  2. Use a jug, and first add the pineapple juice. Add the white rum and bitter lemon.
  3. Add pineapple dices, blueberries, maraschino cherries, and a few mint leaves.
  4. Serve it cold!
