Ingredients Needed for Rosemary Oven-Baked New Potatoes

2 pounds of new potato
2 tablespoons of olive oil
3 rosemary sprigs
1 teaspoon ground parmesan

How to Make Rosemary Oven-Baked New Potatoes

  1. Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F/180 degrees C.
  2. Cut the potatoes in half, without separating the pieces completely.
  3. Put them in a ceramic oven tray and spray olive oil over them.
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
  5. Add the rosemary sprigs and spread them among the potatoes.
  6. Cook in the oven for 35 minutes.
  7. Serve with ground parmesan.
