Roasted Watermelon

Let’s roast... some watermelon. Yes, you heard it right. First, marinate the watermelon in Cajun seasoning, oregano, and coriander-flavored water. Then roast it two times. Enhance its sweet taste with a tangy and salty sauce. Slice it and serve it. Rare steak? No, watermelon.

Well, I love to eat! I guess I always did. Tasty foods, traditional foods, fast-foods, healthy foods and, again, not so healthy ones. You name it.

Well, I really don’t know. We didn’t try it but you can. We encourage experimentation in the kitchen.
