All the flavors and juices combine wonderfully and make for a great, nutritious meal. This particular recipe is built around a flavorful veal chop which becomes juicy and tender when roasted!

Ingredients Needed for Roasted Veal Chop With Vegetables

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 teaspoon white pepper corns
1 veal chop
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon butter
4 garlic cloves
2 inches of - celery stick, sliced
1 herbs
1 habanero pepper
1 habanero pepper
6 cherry tomatoes, halves
½ red onion, sliced

How to Make Roasted Veal Chop With Vegetables

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/175 degrees C.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet.
  3. Throw in the white peppercorns to flavor the oil.
  4. Lay in the veal chop, then sprinkle the paprika powder all over it.
  5. Cook the veal chop for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. After you turn it over, sprinkle salt on it.
  7. Put the butter directly on the meat, then let it melt in the skillet.
  8. Throw some fat on the veal while frying, on the second side.
  9. Add the garlic cloves, unpeeled.
  10. Add the celery slices and fresh herbs. Mix.
  11. Lay the veal chop on a ceramic baking tray, put the herbs on it, then pour the fat all over it.
  12. Cut the habanero peppers and remove their seeds. Add them to the tray.
  13. Add the cherry tomatoes and red onion slices.
  14. Drizzle some vegetable oil over it.
  15. Roast for 20 minutes.
