Roasted Spiced Pecans

Are you usually eating pecans? If not, try to incorporate more often into your diet. They're a source of good fats (good for your heart), contain vitamin E (which have antioxidant powers) and also some good minerals like manganese and copper (which helps your metabolism to function properly). Plus, eating them is a pleasure!

Well, I love to eat! I guess I always did. Tasty foods, traditional foods, fast-foods, healthy foods and, again, not so healthy ones. You name it.
