Roasted Spiced Pecans

Do you usually eat pecans? If not, try to incorporate more often into your diet. They’re a source of good fats (good for your heart), contain vitamin E (an antioxidant), and also some good minerals like manganese and copper (which helps your metabolism to function properly).
