4 pounds of pork neck
salt
pepper
½ cup sweet red pepper paste
¼ cup olive oil
4 garlic cloves
4 fresh rosemary sprigs

How to Make Roasted Pork Neck With Red Pepper Glaze

  1. Place the pork neck on the work surface. Season with salt and pepper and rub in.
  2. Completely coat with sweet red pepper paste.
  3. Transfer to a baking pan on aluminum foil. Drizzle with the olive oil. Add the garlic cloves and rosemary sprigs.
  4. Completely wrap with aluminum foil and roast for 2 hours at 400⁰F/200⁰C.

  1. Instead of doing the pork on cutting board why not just work on the foil lined pan to S & P and rub with paste. Cleanup so much easier
