Roasted Pork Neck with Celery Root Sauce

Soak this pork neck in beer and olive oil, bake it with basil, garlic, and celery, waiting for it 80 minutes to pick up all these great flavors. The celery root sauce is the creamy welcomed addition to our meaty dish. It borrows some of the meat’s flavor and brings an earthy nutty interesting touch.

Well, I love to eat! I guess I always did. Tasty foods, traditional foods, fast-foods, healthy foods and, again, not so healthy ones. You name it.
