With its rich flavor, a delicious duck leg makes every dinner memorable! We recommend cooking it in the oven, for it to have time to release its flavors. Coat it with some spices, like garlic, paprika, thyme, and brown sugar that will melt and caramelize its delicious skin. And if you’re looking for a side, don’t overcomplicate it, cook some mashed potatoes with a touch of mustard and mayo, and as we said, it will be memorable!
