Ingredients Needed for Roasted Chicken Wings and Thighs With Potatoes
2 chicken thighs
2 chicken wings
2 potatoes, diced

How to Make Roasted Chicken Wings and Thighs With Potatoes
- Preheat the oven to 360°F/180°C.
- Add the thighs, wings and potatoes in a large bowl.
- Season them with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, dried oregano, garlic, rosemary, and olive oil. Mix them with your hands.
- Move them in an oven tray. Pour the chicken stock and olive oil over them.
- Slide the tray into the oven for the next 35 minutes.
- When ready, take out the chicken and the potatoes, leaving the sauce in the tray.
- Pour the heavy cream and mix with a spatula until the sauce is homogenous.
- Serve the chicken and the potatoes with the white sauce.
