Ingredients

4 medium-sized carrots, lengthwise halved
2 duck legs, 11 ounces each
1 large orange, sliced
2 garlic cloves
3 fresh thyme sprigs
2 bay leaves
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
4 tablespoons of chicken stock
