How to Make Roast Duck Legs With Orange Glazed Carrots
- Add the carrots, duck legs, orange slices, garlic, fresh thyme, and bay leaves into a medium-sized baking dish.
- Add the vegetable oil, lemon juice, sherry vinegar, brown sugar, and chicken stock to a small bowl. Mix them well and then pour this mixture over the duck and carrots.
