Ricotta and Cantaloupe Dessert

Pairing cantaloupe with ricotta cheese can sound pretty odd, but we think it’s one of the best combos out there when trying to follow a healthy diet. And it’s comforting, too!
Ingredients Needed for Ricotta and Cantaloupe Dessert
1 small cantaloupe
2 cups of ricotta
¼ cup shelled pistachios, chopped
sugar-free pancake syrup (optional)
How to Make Ricotta and Cantaloupe Dessert
- Cut the cantaloupe in halves and scoop out its seeds. Form cantaloupe balls using a small scoop and place them in a bowl.
- Divide the ricotta cheese among 4 bowls.
- Top each bowl with equal amounts of cantaloupe balls, pistachios, and sugar-free pancake syrup.
