Ingredients Needed for Ricotta and Cantaloupe Dessert

    1 small cantaloupe
    2 cups of ricotta
    ¼ cup shelled pistachios, chopped
    sugar-free pancake syrup (optional)

How to Make Ricotta and Cantaloupe Dessert

  1. Cut the cantaloupe in halves and scoop out its seeds. Form cantaloupe balls using a small scoop and place them in a bowl.
  2. Divide the ricotta cheese among 4 bowls.
  3. Top each bowl with equal amounts of cantaloupe balls, pistachios, and sugar-free pancake syrup.
