Throw this flank steak on the grill only after marinating it for one hour in a mixture made of red wine, rosemary, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. This way the meat turns tender and juicy!
½ cup dry red wine
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves, finely chopped
1 pound flank steak (3 steaks)

It look good
Thank you! Wait until you taste it.
Have not tried as yet. Looks tasty, but seems Rosemary might be too strong as the major herbal addition. I may try with some different spices. Let you know.
Always a good thing to experiment, William! Good thinking, let us know! ✌
Looks really yummy ? thanks I can't wait to try it out
? Go for it!
I personally do not really like rosemary. What do y’all suggest that I substitute? Thank you very much, I can’t wait to try it.
Well, thyme and tarragon would be the first ones crossing our minds. ✌

Serve with lots of beer, Lisa!
