4 ounces of unsweetened chocolate
1 tablespoon stevia powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 ounces of raspberry
3 tablespoons of almond , crushed

Ah, chocolate! The best excuse to make an entire homemade bark and beautifully wrap it up for your loved one on Valentine's Day! This recipe is very easy and quite healthy too. All you have to do is melt the chocolate, add it to a tray and top it with fresh raspberries and almonds, and let it cool in the fridge for a couple of hours.




Add the chocolate, organic stevia powder, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Mix them, then microwave them for 90 seconds.


Line a smaller baking dish with parchment paper and pour the melted chocolate.


Add the raspberries and the almonds and refrigerate it for 4 hours before serving.

Well, I love to eat! I guess I always did. Tasty foods, traditional foods, fast-foods, healthy foods and, again, not so healthy ones. You name it.
