Ingredients Needed for Quinoa
1 cup quinoa
2 cups of water
salt
How to Cook Quinoa
- Add the quinoa in a strainer and wash it with cold water.
- Heat a saucepan over medium heat and add the water in it.
- Bring it to a boil and add the quinoa. Season with a pinch of salt.
- Cover the skillet with a lid and cook the quinoa for 15 minutes.
- Remember: the water/quinoa ratio should be 2:1
