We dressed up sausages in puff pastry and kept them more than warm in the oven. Now it’s time to try this great dish, sweet, spicy, and crunchy at the same time!

Ingredients Needed for Puff Pastry BBQ Sausages

½ puff pastry sheet
6 sausages
3 tablespoons of barbecue sauce
3 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce

How to Cook Puff Pastry BBQ Sausages

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/180 degrees C.
  2. Cut the puff pastry vertically into thin strips.
  3. Use a brush to coat the sausage with the barbecue sauce.
  4. Wrap the sausage in puff pastry strips.
  5. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve them on a bed of shredded lettuce and pour some sweet chili sauce over them.
