A good beef steak is a full experience on its own, but wait till you see how good it is wrapped in prosciutto. It gives it a salty and smoky flavor, that perfectly balances the strong flavor of beef. You can pair it with a simple cherry tomato salad, served on a fresh lettuce leaves bed.
