8 fresh mozzarellas ovoline
4 chili peppers
4 baby corns
8 cherry tomatoes
3.5 ounces of cheddar cheese, cut into 8 cubes
8 olives

These prosciutto, cheese, and veggie skewers are a last-minute appetizer that is sure to please any surprise guests. You can follow our recipe to the letter or replace some of the ingredients with foods you like more. Never be afraid to customize!




Place a slice of prosciutto crudo on one skewer. Continue with the mozzarella ovoline, half of a chili pepper, baby corn, cherry tomato, one Cheddar cube, and one olive.
