Ingredients Needed for Potato Topped Meatloaf Muffins

10 ounces of minced meat
1 onion
1 egg
1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
salt
pepper
â…“ cup breadcrumbs
3 potatoes
1 teaspoon butter
¼ cup milk

How to Make Potato Topped Meatloaf Muffins

  1. Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F/180 degrees C.
  2. Chop the onion and put it in a bowl.
  3. Add the minced meat, the egg, the Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix the ingredients with your hand.
  5. Add the breadcrumbs.
  6. Spray with oil a 6-form muffin pan.
  7. Divide the meat mixture into 6 equal parts and put it in the muffin pan.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes.
  9. Make smashed potatoes: boil the potatoes and blend them with the butter and the milk. Season with salt.
  10. Use a piping bag to top each meat muffin with mashed potatoes.
