Potato Plum Dumplings

These plum-filled delicious sweet dumplings are a staple of Central European cuisine. The key to a savory dough is adding some mashed potatoes to the mix. The final touch? Cook some buttered salty breadcrumbs to match the smooth texture of the juicy, sweet plums.
