Ingredients Needed for Potato Mackerel

1 mackerel
¼ lime
salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
8 potatoes, sliced in half
dill

How to Make Potato Mackerel

  1. Use a knife to make superficial cuts on the fish’s skin. Be careful not to cut too deep. Sprinkle some salt and squeeze the lime on top of the fish.
  2. Add oil in a pan and fry the mackerel for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  3. When the fish is cooked, remove it from the pan and in the remaining fat fry the potatoes until golden and crispy.
  4. Serve potatoes with fried mackerel.
