1 tablespoon vegetable oil
8 potatoes, sliced in half
How to Cook Potato Mackerel
- Use a knife to make superficial cuts on the fish’s skin. Be careful not to cut too deep. Sprinkle some salt and squeeze the lime on top of the fish.
- Add oil in a pan and fry the mackerel for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- When the fish is cooked, remove it from the pan and in the remaining fat fry the potatoes until golden and crispy.
- Serve potatoes with fried mackerel.
