The meaty and creamy texture of this comfort food is, of course, the perfect relief during cold winter days. But really, it is suitable anytime and to anyone who loves filling and warming dishes. It’s mainly the chewy gnocchi and the gooey gorgonzola that make this worthy for you to try your cooking powers on. And it’s a one-skillet that only needs 25 – 30 minutes of your time, tops.
