How to Make Potato Gnocchi With Ham and Peas
- Melt the butter in a skillet over low heat. Add the onion. Cook and stir until tender.
- Add the ham and stir it in. Add the chicken stock and bring it to a boil.
- Add the peas and gnocchi, and season with salt and pepper. Stir in, then simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add the cream, then the gorgonzola while stirring them in. Season with thyme, stir, and remove from heat.
