1 tablespoon butter
1 medium onion, minced
5 ounces of ham, cubed
⅔ cup chicken stock
¾ cup frozen peas, thawed
1 pound potato gnocchi
¼ cup heavy cream
3 ounces of gorgonzola, diced
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
How to Cook Potato Gnocchi With Ham and Peas
- Melt the butter in a skillet over low heat. Add the onion. Cook and stir until tender.
- Add the ham and stir it in. Add the chicken stock and bring it to a boil.
- Add the peas and gnocchi, season with salt and pepper. Stir in, then simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add the gorgonzola and stir it in. Season with thyme, stir and remove from heat.
