Ramekins are highly valuable tools in just about any kitchen. You can use them when baking sweets, and delicious snacks. So how about you try this savory snack, with potato, parmesan, salami, a touch of heavy cream, and some melted Cheddar on top. It’s a strong combo of ingredients, but one with top flavor!

Ingredients Needed for Potato, Cheddar and Parmesan Cups

2 potatoes, cooked
1 spring onion, chopped
2 ounces of parmesan, shredded
1 egg
4 salamis slices, chopped
1 tablespoon heavy cream
¼ cup cheddar, shredded

How to Cook Potato, Cheddar and Parmesan Cups

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C.
  2. Shred the cooked potatoes and add them in a large bowl.
  3. Add the spring onion, parmesan, egg, salami, and heavy cream.
  4. Mix everything into a smooth mash.
  5. Grab 4 small ramekins, and add the mixture inside them. Don’t fully cover the ramekins, and add shredded Cheddar.
  6. Slide the ramekins in the oven for the next 40 minutes!
