Ingredients Needed for Potato and Chorizo Hash

3 potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt
1 onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves
5 ounces of chorizo, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon basil, chopped
salt
2 eggs

How to Make Potato and Chorizo Hash

  1. Heat a saucepan over medium heat and fill it halfway with water. Add a pinch of salt and bring it to a boil. Add the potatoes and boil them for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and cook for 2 minutes. Add the chorizo and cook for 2 more minutes.
  3. Add the potatoes, basil, and season with salt. Add the eggs and put a lid on top of the skillet. Reduce the heat and let simmer for 8 minutes.
