Ingredients Needed for Potato and Chorizo Hash
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves
5 ounces of chorizo, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon basil, chopped
How to Cook Potato and Chorizo Hash
- Heat a saucepan over medium heat and fill it halfway with water. Add a pinch of salt and bring it to a boil. Add the potatoes and boil them for 20 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and cook for 2 minutes. Add the chorizo and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Add the potatoes, basil, and season with salt. Add the eggs and put a lid on top of the skillet. Reduce the heat and let simmer for 8 minutes.
