Ingredients Needed for Potato and Bacon Snack

6 potatoes
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
8 bacon slices
2 ounces of shredded mozzarella

How to Make Potato and Bacon Snack

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F/200 degrees C.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut their ends.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet, and place in it the potatoes, standing.
  4. Fry the potatoes until their ends become golden.
  5. Wrap each potato in bacon slices, and fix them with toothpicks.
  6. Top each potato with shredded mozzarella.
  7. Place them on a baking tray in which you put a parchment paper.
  8. Bake the potatoes for 15 minutes.
  9. Serve them warm, with a dip.
