We definitely enjoy hearty egg dishes in the morning, but this one here really takes things to a whole new level. Packed with savory pork shoulder, onions, cherry tomatoes, eggs, all flavored with jalapeno and salsa sauce, this dish leans on the heavier side, but also on the savory one.
