1 yellow bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
7 ounces of pork tenderloin
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 red onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salsa sauce
3 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon black pepper corns
1 teaspoon garam masala
¼ cup water
salt
2 bay leaves

How to Make Pork Tenderloin With Salsa Tomato Sauce

  1. Chop both bell peppers.
  2. Thickly dice the pork meat.
  3. Heat a saucepan, add the vegetable oil, chopped onion, and pork.
  4. Stir in the pan, and when meat turns white, add the salsa sauce and tomato paste.
  5. Season with oregano, black pepper, and garam masala.
  6. Add water, bay leaves, put a lid on and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
