Ingredients Needed for Pork Tenderloin and Potato Sandwiches
1 large potato, cut into 4 thicker slices
salt
pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon olive oil
7 ounces of pork tenderloin
1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of ketchup
1 lettuce leaf (halved)
1 medium tomato, sliced into 4
1 fresh chili, sliced
1 small radish, sliced
1 ounce pickles
How to Make Pork Tenderloin and Potato Sandwiches
- Place the potato slices into a baking dish and season them with salt, pepper, and dried oregano. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 25 minutes at 360⁰F/180⁰C.
- Place the pork tenderloin on the work surface. Cut it lengthwise in half. Season both sides with salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning. Rub in.
- Heat 1/3 cup of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the seasoned tenderloin halves into the skillet. Fry them for 4 – 6 minutes each side.
- Add 1 tablespoon ketchup on a potato slice. Place 1 lettuce leaf half, add 1 tenderloin piece, 2 tomato slices, 3 – 4 chili slices, 2 – 3 radish slices, and 1/2 an ounce pickles. Top with another potato slice. Do the same for the remaining ingredients.
