1 tablespoon butter
¼ cup brandy

How to Make Pork Chop Steak With Brandy Sauce
- Heat the vegetable oil in an iron-cast skillet. Add the pork chop and cook for five minutes on each side.
- Season it with salt.
- For the dressing sauce, add butter to the same skillet where you cooked the steak. Add the brandy and cook for a few more minutes, until the sauce become thicker.
