1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon butter
¼ cup brandy
salt

How to Make Pork Chop Steak With Brandy Sauce

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in an iron-cast skillet. Add the pork chop and cook for five minutes on each side.
  2. Season it with salt.
  3. For the dressing sauce, add butter to the same skillet where you cooked the steak. Add the brandy and cook for a few more minutes, until the sauce become thicker.
  4. Add the dressing over the steak.
  5. Serve warm.
