- Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F/180 degrees C.
- Lay the meat on your chopping board.
- Carve the pork fillet to create a crisscross pattern.
- Season the pork fillet and chicken breast with herb salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Drizzle olive oil on the meat.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the pork, the chicken breast, and the mushroom, all on both sides.
- Set the steaks on a heat resistant ceramic plate: first the pork, and then the chicken breast.
- Top with the fried mushroom, grated mozzarella, and grated cheddar cheese.
- Roast in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Serve the steaks on a large plate, with a salad: mix baby spinach, avocado, and pomegranate seeds, then squeeze lime juice on it.
