If you have a hard time deciding between pork and chicken for dinner, why can’t you do both? Fry the two meats, then top them with mozzarella and Cheddar. Roast them until the cheeses form a delicious, partly melted, partly crunchy crust. Serve the double steak with a fresh baby spinach salad, for some veggie goodness.

1 pork fillet 1 chicken breast salt pepper oregano 1 teaspoon olive oil 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 0.5 ounce - mozzarella, grated 0.5 ounce - cheddar cheese, grated 1 baby spinach 1 avocado, cut into pieces ½ teaspoon pomegranate seed ¼ lime 1 teaspoon olive oil

How to Make Pork and Chicken Steak With Cheesy Crust

  1. Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F/180 degrees C.
  2. Lay the meat on your chopping board.
  3. Carve the pork fillet to create a crisscross pattern.
  4. Season the pork fillet and chicken breast with herb salt, pepper, and oregano.
  5. Drizzle olive oil on the meat.
  6. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the pork, the chicken breast, and the mushroom, all on both sides.
  7. Set the steaks on a heat resistant ceramic plate: first the pork, and then the chicken breast.
  8. Top with the fried mushroom, grated mozzarella, and grated cheddar cheese.
  9. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes.
  10. Serve the steaks on a large plate, with a salad: mix baby spinach, avocado, and pomegranate seeds, then squeeze lime juice on it.
