Just when making an omelet had become a routine action, we cooked up a new recipe. It has delicious pork, some shredded carrot for texture and vitamins and of course, lovely eggs that bind everything together!

Ingredients Needed for Pork and Carrot Omelet

1 tablespoon oil 3.5 ounces of pork 2 eggs 1 teaspoon fresh dill pepper ½ red bell pepper, sliced

How to Make Pork and Carrot Omelet

  1. Heat the oil in a cast-iron skillet.
  2. Add the chopped pork and stir fry until golden brown.
  3. Add the shredded carrot and 2 eggs in the skillet.
  4. Use a spatula to scramble the eggs and mix them with the other ingredients.
  5. Add the fresh dill.
  6. Fry until the eggs are cooked properly and are not runny anymore.
  7. Sprinkle pepper and dill over the plate.
