1 teaspoon mixed herbs
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
6 chicken drumsticks
1 lemon, sliced
1 tangerine, sliced
1 orange, sliced
½ grapefruit, sliced
- Add the mixed herbs to a small bowl, season with salt and pepper and mix shortly. Add the olive oil and pomegranate syrup and mix until even.
- Place the drumsticks on a baking tray and add the citrus slices. Coat them and the drumsticks with the pomegranate dressing.
- Bake for 35 minutes at 400⁰F/190⁰C.
