Summer is here and you’re craving for a nice dessert? How about trying a terrific combination of pineapple, ricotta, and raisins which brings a nice sweet savor of beautiful summer evenings? Try it and you won’t regret!

Ingredients Needed for Pineapple and Ricotta Tower

1 cup brown sugar
6 pineapples slices
1 cup ricotta
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
¼ cup raisin
chocolate sauce
pomegranate seed

How to Cook Pineapple and Ricotta Tower

  1. Heat a skillet and add brown sugar. Melt it into a sauce. Add the pineapple slices and cover them with caramel.
  2. Use a large bowl and add ricotta, vanilla extract, and raisins. Mix them together into a cream.
  3. Place the pineapple slices one on top of the other and with ricotta between them. Fill the middle with chocolate sauce. Finally sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top.
