    1 apple

    2 ounces of pecan nut
    2 ounces of dried cranberry
    salt

    3 ounces of gorgonzola

    2 teaspoons of honey

How to Make Pecan and Gorgonzola Fresh Salad

  1. Remove the apple core, then thinly slice the fruit.
