2 ounces of pecan nut
2 ounces of dried cranberry
salt
pepper
ginger powder
3 ounces of gorgonzola
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

2 teaspoons of honey

How to Make Pecan and Gorgonzola Fresh Salad

  1. Remove the apple core, then thinly slice the fruit.
  2. Add the salad mix to a bowl. Also, add the pecans, dried cranberries, salt, pepper, ginger powder, and crush the gorgonzola cheese. Mix.
