1 cup low moisture mozzarella, grated
3 ounces blue cheese
1 pear, cut into thin wedges
2 tablespoons walnuts, crumbled

How to Make Pear and Walnut Pizza

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and add the pizza dough on it.
  2. Top it with grated mozzarella, blue cheese, pear wedges, and walnuts.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes at 400⁰F/200⁰C.
