1 banana
1 tablespoon maple syrup
How to Make Peanut Butter and Banana Oats
- Take a bowl and mix peanut butter, rolled oats, and almond milk. Stir with a spoon to combine.
- Layer half of the oat mixture in a small jar, add a few banana slices, continue with the remaining mixture and the remaining banana.
