Parmesan Zucchini Sticks

Ingredients Needed for Parmesan Zucchini Sticks

1 zucchini
¼ cup grounded corn flakes
¼ cup shredded parmesan
1 teaspoon diced fresh parsley
pepper
2 eggs

How to Cook Parmesan Zucchini Sticks

  1. Preheat the oven to 340 degrees F/170 degrees C.
  2. Cut the zucchini into sticks.
  3. In a medium bowl, put the grounded corn flakes, the parmesan and the parsley.
  4. Sprinkle some pepper.
  5. Combine all the ingredients.
  6. Whisk the eggs until they are well blended.
  7. Dip the zucchini sticks, one by one, in the whisked eggs.
  8. Coat every zucchini sticks with corn flakes and parmesan mixture.
  9. Set them on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
  10. Bake for 20 minutes.
  11. Serve with a salsa sauce.
