Ingredients Needed for Parmesan Turkey Meatballs

1 pound turkey mince
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
2 ounces of parmesan, grated
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
salt
pepper
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed

How to Make Parmesan Turkey Meatballs

  1. Add all the ingredients to a big bowl and mix until even using your hands.
  2. Start shaping meatballs. We’ve got 24 in all.
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the meatballs on it. Bake for 20 minutes at 400⁰F/200⁰C.
