How to Make Parmesan Chips
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Start making small discs using 1-2 teaspoons of grated parmesan placed side by side. Press them gently with the teaspoon to flatten them. We’ve ended up with 16, but your number may vary.
- Bake for 5 minutes at 320⁰F/160⁰C.
