Snacks really can be tasty and healthy at the same time. For this one just mix all the ingredients and then all you have to do is roast them for 20 minutes. Flavor the cauliflower florets with turmeric (try fresh one). You can also add parmesan to taste. This can be served as a side dish, too.

Ingredients Needed for Parmesan Cauliflower Popcorn

1 pound cauliflower florets
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon turmeric
1 ounce parmesan, grated

How to Make Parmesan Cauliflower Popcorn

  1. Add the cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, turmeric, and parmesan to a bowl. Mix them.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Add the cauliflower and roast for 20 minutes at 400⁰F/200⁰C.
