vegetable oil for cooking
1 pound new potato
1 chili
8 black olives, without stones
8 kalamata olives, without stones
3 ounces of feta cheese

How to Cook Olive and Feta Cheese New Potatoes

  1. Cut the new potatoes in half and deep fry them in a cast-iron skillet until they are golden.
  2. Slice the chili.
  3. Cut the olives in half.
  4. Transfer the fried potatoes in a large bowl.
