Ingredients Needed for Okra Stir-Fry

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
1 pound okra
½ teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon curry
0.5 red chili pepper
½ teaspoon coriander
salt
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped

How to Make Okra Stir-Fry

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until translucent.
  2. Add the okra and spice them up with garam masala, curry, red chili, coriander, and salt, while stirring in the process.
  3. Cook the stew for 12 minutes.
