Ingredients Needed for Oat Bran Muffins
1 tablespoon stevia powder
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ cup oat bran
3 eggs
⅓ cup low-fat yogurt
How to Make Oat Bran Muffins
- Add the stevia, cinnamon, and baking powder to a smaller bowl. Mix until even. Add the oat bran and mix more.
- Add the eggs and yogurt. Mix until even.
- Transfer the mixture to a 6-cup muffin pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350⁰F/175⁰C.
These were good but felt they needed a teas. of vanilla. Also, they make 6 very small muffins.

Though they were great ,added 6 whites to cut the fat, no yolks ,ample in size . Simple, easy, healthy. With plain ingredients. No weird stuff you have to go buy. If you’re looking to cut cholesterol and fat and carbs. This is the way to go. Thank you for a great recipe, sandy
