Nutella Twists

Your day will start better with a coffee and a sweet snack. A day before, in the evening, defrost a puff pastry sheet. When you wake up, spread some Nutella and walnuts on the puff pastry. While the twists are baking in the oven, make the coffee. Enjoy a relaxing morning!

Ingredients Needed for Nutella Twists

1 puff pastry sheet
2 tablespoons of nutella
¼ cup walnut
2 tablespoons of coconut flakes
1 egg

How to Cook Nutella Twists

  1. Preheat the oven to 365 degrees F/185 degrees C.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on your workplace and use a rolling pin to make it thinner.
  3. Spread the Nutella in half of the puff pastry sheet.
  4. Grind the walnuts and sprinkle them over Nutella.
  5. Fold the puff pastry sheet in half.
  6. Cut the puff pastry in strips about 0.5-inch.
  7. Twist the strips and place them on a baking tray.
  8. Whisk the egg.
  9. Coat the strips with whisked egg.
  10. Bake for 20 minutes.
