Ingredients Needed for Nutella Biscuit Cake

1 cup mascarpone
7 ounces of Nutella
7 ounces of biscuits
1 cup coffee
⅓ cup coffee liqueur
2 ounces of walnuts, crushed

How to Make Nutella Biscuit Cake

  1. Add mascarpone and Nutella in a large bowl. Use a fork and mix the ingredients into a smooth mixture.
  2. Start to assemble the cake: take 2 biscuits and use 1 tablespoon of the Nutella mixture to stick them together. Continue until you finish all the biscuits. Leave aside the remaining mixture – you’ll need it to cover the biscuit cake.
  3. Add the coffee and coffee liqueur in a bowl. Soak each biscuit “pack” into the coffee for a few seconds. Place them side-up and in a row. Cover the cake with the remaining mixture and top with crushed walnuts.
  4. Freeze the cake for 1 hour before serving it.
