Nutella Biscuit Cake

If you really want to make your biscuit cake to stand out, make a delicious cream with mascarpone and Nutella. For extra flavor, soak the biscuits in coffee and liqueur, and for the cherry on top, add some extra crunchy walnuts.
Ingredients Needed for Nutella Biscuit Cake
1 cup mascarpone
7 ounces of Nutella
7 ounces of biscuits
1 cup coffee
⅓ cup coffee liqueur
2 ounces of walnuts, crushed
How to Make Nutella Biscuit Cake
- Add mascarpone and Nutella in a large bowl. Use a fork and mix the ingredients into a smooth mixture.
- Start to assemble the cake: take 2 biscuits and use 1 tablespoon of the Nutella mixture to stick them together. Continue until you finish all the biscuits. Leave aside the remaining mixture – you’ll need it to cover the biscuit cake.
- Add the coffee and coffee liqueur in a bowl. Soak each biscuit “pack” into the coffee for a few seconds. Place them side-up and in a row. Cover the cake with the remaining mixture and top with crushed walnuts.
- Freeze the cake for 1 hour before serving it.
