Ingredients Needed for No-Sugar Banana Muffins

3 bananas
½ cup milk
1 egg
salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 cup rolled oats
¼ cup dark chocolate chip

How to Make No-Sugar Banana Muffins

  1. Peel the bananas and add them to a bowl. Mash them with a fork.
  2. Add the milk, egg, some salt, vanilla extract, and baking powder. Whisk everything.
  3. Add the rolled oats and the dark chocolate chips. Keep some chocolate chips.
  4. Grease and flour a 6-cup muffin pan. Add the batter to it, sprinkle the remaining choco chips to the top of each muffin, then bake them for 30 minutes at 340ËšF/170ËšC.
