½ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 cup rolled oats
¼ cup dark chocolate chip
How to Cook No-Sugar Banana Muffins
- Peel the bananas and add them to a bowl. Mash them with a fork.
- Add the milk, egg, some salt, vanilla extract, and baking powder. Whisk everything.
- Add the rolled oats and the dark chocolate chips. Keep some chocolate chips.
- Grease and flour a 6-cup muffin pan. Add the batter to it, sprinkle the remaining choco chips to the top of each muffin, then bake them for 30 minutes at 340˚F/170˚C.
