Ingredients

For the base:
9 ounces of biscuit crumbs
½ cup sugar
salt
4 ounces of melted butter
For the avocado cream:
3 avocados
1 cup sugar
lime zest
5 cups of heavy cream
12 ounces of cream cheese
½ tablespoon lemon juice

The base for this avocado cheesecake is a simple mixture of biscuit crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. The cream on top is made from mashed avocados, heavy cream, and cream cheese. Lemon juice and lime zest bring their own flavorful contribution.

For the crumb mixture:
Add the biscuit crumbs, sugar, melted butter, and some salt in a bowl and mix them.

Add it to a baking dish and make it even using a spatula. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Cut, remove the pit, and peel the avocado.

Mash the avocado in a bowl. Add the sugar, lime zest, heavy cream, cream cheese, and lemon juice. Mix them.

Add the avocado cream over the crumb mixture. Make it even using a spatula and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Well, I love to eat! I guess I always did. Tasty foods, traditional foods, fast-foods, healthy foods and, again, not so healthy ones. You name it. However, in time I kind of built on this habit and, slowly but surely, I began to turn toward the Mediterranean cuisine and, occasionally, even the Mediterranean diet.
