Ingredients Needed for No-Bake Avocado Cheesecake
For the base:
9 ounces of biscuit crumbs
½ cup sugar
4 ounces of melted butter
For the avocado cream:
1 cup sugar
5 cups of heavy cream
12 ounces of cream cheese
½ tablespoon lemon juice
How to Cook No-Bake Avocado Cheesecake
- For the crumb mixture:
Add the biscuit crumbs, sugar, melted butter, and some salt in a bowl and mix them.
- Add it to a baking dish and make it even using a spatula. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- For the avocado cream:
Cut, remove the pit, and peel the avocado.
- Mash the avocado in a bowl. Add the sugar, lime zest, heavy cream, cream cheese, and lemon juice. Mix them.
- Add the avocado cream over the crumb mixture. Make it even using a spatula and refrigerate for 2 hours.
